Most repairs are completed within 48 hours, subject to parts availability. We'll confirm timing once we've diagnosed the issue.
No — diagnosis is free if you choose to proceed with the repair. If you decide not to go ahead, there's a £20 diagnostic fee.
We take great care with your files, but we always recommend backing up anything important beforehand. North Byte can't be held responsible for data loss during repair work.
